1. Who we are
UpModel is run by Brainy Scout Private Limited (“we”). These terms apply when you use UpModel or buy anything on it.

2. Your account
You need an account to save your progress and to buy. Keep your sign-in private; you are responsible for what is done with your account. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian agree to these terms for you.
3. What is free
The free plan includes the features listed on the Plans page, with the limits shown there. We may change the free plan; we will not take away anything you have paid for.
4. Pro
- Pro is a prepaid pass for 1, 3 or 6 months, paid once.
- It starts when your payment is confirmed. If you already have Pro, a new pass starts the day your current pass ends.
- It does not renew and you are never charged again without buying again. When it ends, your account returns to the free plan and keeps your progress.
- Pro is not refundable (see the Cancellation & refund policy).
5. Prices and payment
- Prices are in Indian rupees in India, Canadian dollars in Canada and US dollars everywhere else, based on where you are when you visit. After your first payment your account keeps that currency.
- The price shown at checkout is the full price you pay. There are no extra fees from us.
- Payments are taken by Razorpay (rupees) and Stripe (Canadian and US dollars). We never see or store your full card number. A card is kept for next time only if you tick “Save this card”.
- A purchase is complete when the payment provider confirms it to us. If a payment fails or is not confirmed, you are not charged for it.
6. Coaching
A coaching session is booked for the time you choose; we hold that time for 15 minutes while you pay. Sessions are online. The free clarity call is once per account. To move a paid session, email us at least 24 hours before it starts.
7. Certification
The certification exam is taken online under the rules shown before you start (time limit, pass mark, attempts). A certificate states that you passed our exam. It is not issued or endorsed by any employer or other organisation.
8. UpModel Work Track
Work Track is a paid training programme. It is not employment, an internship or a job offer, and it does not come with an experience letter. Its own terms are shown before you can buy it.
9. No job guarantee
UpModel helps you learn and show your skills. We do not promise a job, an interview, a placement or a salary.
10. Fair use
Use UpModel for your own learning and job search. Do not share your account, copy course content to publish elsewhere, submit someone else's work as yours, or try to get round limits or the exam rules. We may suspend an account that does.
11. Content
The courses, questions and materials belong to us or our licensors. Your resume and the work you submit stay yours; you allow us to use them to run the service for you (see Privacy).
12. Liability
We work to keep UpModel available and correct, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
13. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Panchkula, Haryana have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer elsewhere, you keep the protections the law of your country gives you.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes never apply to a purchase you made before them.
15. Questions and complaints
Email us and we will reply within 2 working days. A complaint to the grievance officer is acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within one month.
