Is UpModel free to start?
Yes. Upload a resume and get your gap analysis with your top three gaps, check up to 10 job ads a day, and do every task in your first sprint. No card. You pay only for the rest of your sprints.
What is Rowanbridge?
Rowanbridge Data Systems is the simulated AI company you join. Your lead, the scrum master and Maya, your AI coach, work with you in sprints. It is a training simulation, not employment: the work is real practice, the company is not a real employer.
Can I do it while I work, or full time?
Both. Your roadmap shows the total hours before you start: around 8 hours a week fits around a job, around 20 hours a week if you are between jobs.
Are the meetings and tasks graded?
No. Meetings end with feedback from Maya, and tasks check themselves, with unlimited attempts. The graded parts are the sprint deliverables; the capstone review opens soon.
I'm not in testing. Is UpModel for me?
Yes. The free pivot report and the JD Checker cover all 32 AI-era roles in testing, data, business and product, engineering, cloud and ops, and security. Sprints are open for the testing family today, and more families are being built.
What is the Work Track?
It opens after certification: one real AI project in three milestones (build, evaluate, ship), each reviewed in writing by a named reviewer within 72 hours. It is training, not employment, and it adds a Verified Project Record to your profile. Opening soon.
What can employers see about me?
Only what you publish or share. Your Verified profile is private until you publish it, you choose each section, and your email is never shown. A credential link you share shows that you passed, not your score.
How long does it take?
Each sprint lists its hours, and your roadmap shows the total in weeks at the pace you choose, before you start.
How does certification work?
When every sprint for your role is passed, a timed exam opens: 50 questions in 90 minutes, with tab switching monitored and 75% to pass. Pro includes 2 attempts. The credential sits at a public link anyone can open. We don't claim endorsement by any employer.
